尊敬的市長先生，您好!
隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，垃圾量也在不斷的增加，這對垃圾的處理造成了極大的不便。因此，我建議執行垃圾分類，當然，在部分地區已經有分類垃圾桶了，一般是分為可回收垃圾和不可回收垃圾兩類，但是有些人不懂得哪些垃圾可回收，哪些垃圾不可回收，就會誤把可回收垃圾扔入不可回收的桶內，白白地浪費了資源。所以，我提議，在垃圾桶上注明哪些垃圾是可回收的，哪些是不可回收的，這樣人們就不容易仍錯了。
我還認為，分類垃圾桶不能只分為兩類，應該多加一類危險垃圾，因為有些垃圾，如廢電池、舊光盤等，用處理普通垃圾的方法來處理，會對環境造成非常嚴重的污染。廢電池里的有害成分滲入土壤里，這片土地就不能種植物了，而燃燒廢電池產生的氣體也有毒，廢電池浸泡過的水也不能飲用……一個小小的廢電池就能帶來這么多的危害和污染，而垃圾處理廠一天回收的廢電池可能成百上千個，如果都沒有經過專門的處理，對環境的危害更是可想而知，所以，我認為應該再加上一類“危險垃圾”。
如果所有的垃圾都能按照可回收垃圾、不可回收垃圾和危險垃圾來分好類別，將會對垃圾的處理帶來極大的方便，從而保持生態環境不受污染，人們的身體更加健康，社會也將更加和諧。
三：垃圾分類，人人有責
地球是人類美好的家園，在宇宙里是一個非常美的藍星，可是在地球里卻有很多臭水溝、黑色濃煙……這都是怎么一回事呢?其實大部分都是垃圾填埋法和垃圾焚燒法造成的，讓我細細道出它們倆辦法的特點吧!
垃圾填埋法：簡單地說也就是把垃圾放進人類事先挖好的大坑里，在用泥土稍微蓋上去。可這種辦法根本沒用，除了可以不在生活中看見垃圾。可是在垃圾上面的土壤是寸草不生，不能在房子，也就是說這里是一個彈丸之地。經過人類多年來的改進，將襯墊隔離了土壤與地下水，將臭氣從排氣管排到高空，下雨造成的污水不會外泄，可這里還是不能造房子，所以這個辦法怎么說都是不好的。
垃圾焚燒法：這種辦法可以快速將垃圾“消失”，缺點有費電、有遺留物、黑色費煙……可這個方法受到了大多數政府的一致肯定，因為填埋法又破地又破財而且沒什么用。垃圾分類主要用于垃圾焚燒法，第一步將可回收垃圾排去，剩下別的垃圾;第二步是將有害垃圾與其他垃圾這些干垃圾用普通火燒掉;第三步將廚余垃圾用電燒去。這樣可以有效減少費電情況。
雖然垃圾分類很重要，但是減少垃圾“生產”更重要，所以人人都要擔當起這個責任。
四：垃圾分類，從我做起
知道我們縣城每天產生的生活垃圾量是多少嗎?對此，我走訪了環衛所，經了解，我們縣城每天產生的垃圾量是85噸，一年就是31025噸。不說不知道，說出來嚇一跳了吧!看來環衛工人太辛苦了，每天要處理那么多的垃圾，真是一件不容易的事情。
生活垃圾可以分成兩類：一類是不可回收垃圾，包括果皮、剩飯、菜皮等。另一類是可回收垃圾，包括廢紙、塑料、橡膠、玻璃、金屬等。采用垃圾分類的好處是通過中和處理，回收再利用，可以減少污染，節約資源。目前我縣對生活垃圾的處理辦法是先收集，再中轉，然后運到尖山填埋場進行衛生填埋。而且我縣已投資四千多萬在金溪上坑建造新的填埋場。其實，最好的辦法是推行生活垃圾分類處理。這不僅僅是環衛部門的工作，也是我們每一個市民的責任。要解決這一問題必須從基礎做起，
因此，我建議：
一、 大量宣傳，提高人們的素質，加強環保意識。
二、 實行垃圾分類袋裝后，定時定點投放。
三、 買菜盡量不用塑料袋，用籃子。外出吃飯少用一次性
四、 進行廢物回收再利用。我們應該感謝那些拾荒者，雖然他們的形象有損市容，但是他們對垃圾的分類起到很大的作用。
播種綠色，就是播種希望。相信不久的將來，我們的家園一定會更加美麗。
